Remember the good old days when you could fall down, bounce on your knees, and nothing? You could also do a split and touch your toes without making funny noises.
Those days are behind me. And if I could twist without fear of putting my back out, I would reminisces. But I FEAR the repercussions. I was never circus freak flexible. But I could at least stand up without fear of taking MYSELF out. Sheesh.
What damage will I do to myself in yoga class? Man. This won't end well for me.
